I want to say a special thanks to SR Manager John Coit. I will be calling him later today and working things out. Apparently the person who swore at me and hung up has been fired because of that and I trust that I will be able to work things out.
So I will post what gets worked out but I wanted to post this update since I believe in communicating both the good and bad about businesses I work with. So rarely do I have the bad to communicate–I’d much rather communicate the good!
