hee hee I saw that on my way here today and I thought *I* need to visit my blog! DOH
See, it’s so hard with the babies to actually compose an original thought. Posting on GCM or the new Board of Discipline here (we’re getting a link up but for now you can go to the home page an add /mb after the url
) is about all I have time to pop in and out of and a lot of that is rote–child hitting, age 2, BLAH (that’s me writing the same response or linking to something
)–and I can keep up with that
But now I’ve got this administrative assistant who is just driving me crazy (hee hee just kidding Reb *smooch*) because she is convinced (and I agree) that we need to role out a huge new year here at this board now that I’m back among the living (I was told to give it three years for me to get back to normal after having twins and here we are about to have their third birthday
). So I’m *supposed* to be writing articles, culling posts from the GD forum at GCM to add to my quick reference section, and all sorts of other stuff that is not nearly as much fun as just chatting on the forums
But as of Jan 1 look for a lot of new articles (we’ll spotlight some of them
) and hopefully some stuff I’ve been working on, and some I even thought I had posted HA, will be a blessing to you. I’m working on some things regarding transitioning, the roadblocks to parents with getting into GBD, and some practical stuff. I’m really excited.
Meanwhile I’ve got to prepare a class on the Biblical Word Pictures for the congregation and we’re working on our new site www.bethsimchat.com and getting stuff going there. Add in those pesky holidays hee hee and I’m one busy woman!
In fact I only found time to post here today because I should be doing other things right now but poor little Ronan woke up vomiting and is crashed on the bed here with me, draped across my leg. Sweet thing. At least he is able to sleep and hopefully this won’t turn out to be anything serious. He just seems congested and a little warm. I’m gonna pull out the homeopathic cold/flu stuff as we get ready to leave today.
Also, I had my endoscopy–I don’t have ulcers *PRAISE THE LORD* but I do have severe acid reflux. The lining of my stomach is irritated and inflamed but nothing has broken through. I was given a prescription and the insurance company wanted us to try one of two other things so I got a new prescription and now they don’t want to do the one that he picked *banghead* but while we wait for them to sort this all out my mom has gotten me some HCI and we’re hoping that will tide me over.
So I’ll try to stop by here more often–especially after the holidays–or even with some holiday photos
Please don’t give up on me
