so my favorite lunch has become 2 c steamed cabbage with apple cider vinegar and 100 g of orange roughy with garlic mediteranean sea salt.  I’ve also done tuna packed in water (seasoned with garlic salt and dill) with the cabbage but don’t like tuna as much as orange roughy ;)

I’ve been doing dinner with beef–I would mix it up more except my understanding (have a dr. appt tomorrow and will find out more) is I need to not eat the same veggie or meat at both meals in a day and with my allergies I’m pretty much limited to beef and fish.

Some of the meals I’ve done include:

chili–100 g steak cubed and added to 1 cup diced tomatoes with sea salt, cumin and chili seasoning to taste

steak with sauteed but still crisp asparagus with garlic sea salt and a splash of apple cider vinegar

steak with salad with a salad dressing I made with water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, chives and an all natural “all season” blend
