I didn't think I was moving around that much and I'm not officially exercising, but goodness, I am chasing around the bubbies and that's exhausting ;) And I was a size 18 at the beginning of the summer. I have been losing ever since I started working with Stephanie :D Actually, I haven’t lost a lot more weight, so I can only assume that I’m getting muscle.
